# Create Your Account And Sign In

Use this guide to create your Escape Director account and complete your first sign-in.

## Before You Begin

Make sure you have:

* Access to the email inbox you want to use
* A password you can store securely
* The correct work or business email if your team wants shared domain consistency

Escape Director uses email verification during account setup. You need to verify your email before normal use.

## Create Your Account

1. Go to [escapedirector.com](https://www.escapedirector.com/).
2. Click `Start Free Trial`.
3. Enter your name, email address, phone number, and password.
4. Submit the form.

## Verify Your Email Address

1. Open the verification email from Escape Director.
2. Click the verification link.
3. Return to the sign-in page after the email is confirmed.

If you request multiple verification emails, use the newest link. Older links may no longer work.

## Sign In

1. Open the Escape Director sign-in page.
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. Click `Sign In`.

## Troubleshooting

### I did not receive the verification email

Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder first. If the message is still missing, request a new verification email and use the newest link.

### My verification link does not work

Verification links can expire. Request a new email and open the latest verification link.

### I cannot sign in after creating my account

Make sure:

* You are using the same email address you signed up with
* Your email address has already been verified
* Your password is entered correctly

If needed, use the password reset flow from the sign-in page.
