# Create Your Account and Sign In

> Create your account, verify your email address, and sign in.

Use this guide to reach **All Rooms** with a verified Escape Director account.

## Before you begin

Use an email inbox you can open now and a password you can store securely, or a Google account.

## Create the account

1. Go to [www.escapedirector.com](https://www.escapedirector.com/) and select
   **Start free trial**.
2. Enter your name, email address, and password. Your business name is optional.
3. Submit the form.

To use your Google account instead, select **Continue with Google** and choose the account. Skip the email verification steps below, and sign in later with **Continue with Google**.

## Verify your email address

1. Open the verification email from Escape Director and select its link. If
   you requested more than one, use the newest.
2. Return to Escape Director and sign in with the same email address.

## If you cannot sign in

* Confirm that the email address is verified.
* Check spam or junk folders for the newest verification email.
* Use **Forgot password?** on the sign-in page if the password is not accepted.
