# Manage Locations

Add, edit, and remove the sites where you run Rooms, and see what each Location costs.

A Location is a site where you run Rooms. Manage them in **Account Settings → Locations**. Your membership includes one Location; each extra one adds to your membership price.

## Add a Location

1. Select **Add Location**.
2. Enter a **Name**, such as the town the site is in, and an optional **Address**. Select **Continue**.
3. Review what you'll pay. **Adds to your membership** is the extra cost, **New membership price** is your new total, and **Due today** covers the days left in this billing period.
4. Select **Pay** to charge your saved card. During a free trial, select **Add Location** instead. Nothing is charged until your trial ends.

To use a different card, select **Change card** before you pay.

### If your bank asks you to confirm

Some banks ask you to approve the payment, often in a banking app or by text message.

1. Select **Confirm payment**. Stripe's secure payment page opens in a new tab.
2. Approve the payment with your bank.
3. Return to Escape Director and select **Finish adding**. You aren't charged again.

### If your card is declined

Select **Pay another way** to pay on Stripe's secure payment page with another card. Then return to Escape Director and select **Finish adding**.

If you don't finish the payment within about a day, nothing is charged and the Location isn't added.

## Move Rooms between Locations

Under **Rooms**, choose a Location for each Room. The change saves at once.

Use **All Locations** at the top of the application to see every Room, or pick one Location to see only its Rooms.

## Edit a Location

Select **Edit** beside the Location's address to change its name or address.

## Remove a Location

1. Move the Location's Rooms to another Location.
2. Select **Remove**, then confirm.

Your membership price goes down from your next bill. There's no refund for the current billing period. You always keep at least one Location.
